The Coachman Bar is full of local charm; the atmosphere is relaxed and
informal, with sturdy Arts and Crafts furniture, hunting memorabilia, old
photographs and open log fires that create a great rural retreat full of
warmth and character.
The bar is the centre of the local community; a friendly and casual setting
where you can enjoy the same great menu choice as in the Carriages Restaurant.
There is a good range of beverages, wines and spirits on offer from the
well-stocked Coachman Bar including a fine selection of malt whiskies,
cognacs and vintage armagnacs, Wold Top Cask Conditioned Ale, Fosters,
Guinness, Stella Artois and Magners. Enjoy one of our many wines by the
glass, or a glass of champagne, Kir Royale or a cocktail. During the Christmas
period savour The Coachman Inn's own mulled wine to warm you up, perhaps
after an invigorating walk on the North Yorkshire Moors.
